pure bliss!

beautiful hotel fine pools lovely restaurants live music

i loved every moment here it was amazing! the rooms were beautiful and so well-equipped. the pools are fine and so inviting i spent hours just relaxing. the restaurants had delicious food and the live music at night was such a treat it made every evening special.

the walk to the nearest supermarket took a bit longer than i expected it's a small thing though.

i stayed in a suite with a private pool and it was a great experience. the pool was bigger than i expected (which was a pleasant surprise). breakfast had plenty of options. i found the room spacious.

the private beach was good if i wanted to relax.

i didn't think the room was clean. there were hairs in the shower after it was cleaned and not enough towels were available one day. the receptionist at the main restaurant was rude.

poor organization inconsistent service

The pool area had an acceptable number of sunbeds.

The service was FRUSTRATING. Air conditioning turned off automatically every day despite my requests, IGNORED. It took hours to cool the room down each afternoon after the cleaning staff removed the key card.

overall, an okay experience

beautiful furniture clear sea missing towels unclean shower

the hotel decoration were beautiful. pool furniture are seriously the best decorated that i have ever seen. i enjoyed our bedroom beachfront a lot. the crystal clear sea and the comfortable sun beds were very useful.

the room service and cleaning was not at a 5 stars hotel standard. one day we did not have enough towels available. there was hair in the shower not cleaned .
